WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Information you provide to us directly includes name, age, school, location, and graduation year; email address and phone number; UTR rating, national and state rankings, and playing style; academic details including GPA and intended major; training background including academy, coach name, and hours per week; recruiting status including schools in contact, division target, and timeline; social media handles and follower counts; media links including highlight reels, match footage, and headshots; billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store payment card details on our servers); content submissions including captions, photos, video links, and usage permissions; parent or guardian contact information for players under 18; inquiry and contact form submissions; and optional referral source when signing up for a profile or newsletter.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website we automatically collect certain information through cookies and analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and traffic source. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.

Legitimate Business Interest: We process certain information to operate and improve our platform, send our newsletter to subscribers, facilitate NIL brand introductions and deal opportunities for eligible players, track commission and referral activity, respond to inquiries, and understand how people discover and use Showcase Tennis.
Consent: In some cases, such as sending marketing communications or publishing player content, we process your information only after you have given us consent. You are always free to withdraw consent at any time.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers or use it for purposes unrelated to the services described in this policy.
WILL SHOWCASE TENNIS SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Service Providers: We work with companies that help us operate our Services, including Stripe for payment processing, Beehiiv for newsletter distribution, Google for forms, sheets, and analytics. Each operates under their own privacy policy.
Recruiting and NIL Introductions: For eligible players, we may share profile information with college programs or brand partners as part of our recruiting introduction and NIL facilitation services. We do this only with the player's knowledge and, for players under 18, with parental or guardian acknowledgment.
Business Transfers: If Showcase Sports Media LLC is acquired, merges with another company, or goes through a change of control, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to disclose personal information when necessary to comply with applicable law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Showcase Tennis, our team, our users, or others.
With Your Consent: We may share your information in other ways if we notify you and you agree.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Showcase Tennis does not use or disclose sensitive personal information except to perform the services for which the information was collected.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY AND COPPA COMPLIANCE
Showcase Tennis serves junior tennis players, many of whom are under the age of 18. We take the privacy of minors seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
For players under the age of 13, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has submitted information to us without your consent, contact us immediately at info@showcasetennis.com and we will promptly review and delete that information.
For players under 18, we require parent or guardian acknowledgment on the intake form and involvement in any paid tier enrollment or NIL facilitation agreement. We do not knowingly facilitate NIL agreements for players without parental or guardian sign-off.
DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your information is hosted and processed in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that data protection laws in the U.S. may differ from those in your country. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored in the U.S.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account or profile is active or as long as necessary to provide our Services, subject to any legal retention obligations.
