At Showcase Tennis, we know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please take a moment to learn more about how we collect, use, and protect your information by reading this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to all services we provide, including our website, forms, newsletter, player profiles and memberships, player services, the Showcase Ambassador program, Showcase Play, and the services we provide to coaches, academies, schools, and college programs, including Marketing OS. By using any of our Services, you accept and agree to this Privacy Policy.

WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personal information you provide through the use of our Services. We may use your personal information to provide and improve our Services, fulfill your requests, and analyze how you use the platform. In certain cases we may share personal information with third parties, but only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Our Services may contain links to third-party sites or platforms we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. You should read their privacy policies to understand how they treat your personal information.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Information you provide to us directly includes name, age, gender, school, location, and graduation year; email address and phone number; UTR rating, national and state rankings, playing style, results, and goals; academic details including GPA, test scores, and intended major; training background including academy, coach name, and hours per week; recruiting status including schools in contact, division target, and timeline; social media handles and follower counts; media links including highlight reels, match footage, photos, and headshots; personal details you choose to share for your profile, such as interests, favorite things, and a short story about you; billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store payment card details on our servers); content submissions including captions, photos, video links, and usage permissions; parent or guardian name and contact information for players under 18; inquiry, application, and contact form submissions; and the name or handle of the ambassador, coach, or friend who referred you, when you provide it.

If you apply to or join the Showcase Ambassador program, we also collect your age range, your Instagram and TikTok handles and public performance information about your posts (such as views and engagement), the payment handle you give us for Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, your electronically signed agreement, and, where required by tax law, a Form W-9 with your taxpayer identification number.

If you are a coach, academy, school, club, or college program, we collect the business contact information you provide, details about your program, and, when you engage us for Marketing OS or a similar service, information you share about your marketing, your accounts, and your results so we can do the work you have asked for.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website we automatically collect certain information through cookies and analytics tools, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and traffic source. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. Showcase Play games run in the browser and do not require an account; if you choose to save a result or subscribe from a game, we collect only the email address you enter.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our website uses cookies, small text files stored on your device, to understand how visitors interact with the site, measure traffic, and improve performance. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and you can change that choice or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze data about how our Services are used. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by visiting https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Third-party partners may also place cookies on your device when you interact with content on our Services, such as embedded videos or games. We are not responsible for how those third parties use tracking technologies.

Opt-Out Preference Signals: Some browsers and extensions transmit opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), or a Do Not Track setting. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or sharing for these signals to opt you out of; where applicable law requires recognition of such signals, we honor them.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

Showcase Tennis uses personal information only when we have a valid legal basis to do so.

Contractual Necessity: We process certain information because it is necessary to provide the Services you have requested, including building and publishing your player profile, managing your membership or subscription, delivering services you purchase (such as a session with our team or a college coach, or a written feature about you), processing payments, running the Showcase Ambassador program and paying ambassadors, facilitating recruiting and brand introductions, and providing marketing services to programs that engage us.

Legitimate Business Interest: We process certain information to operate and improve our platform, send our newsletter to subscribers, feature players and programs across our channels, facilitate NIL brand introductions and deal opportunities for eligible players, track referral and commission activity, respond to inquiries, and understand how people discover and use Showcase Tennis.

Consent: In some cases, such as sending marketing communications, publishing your profile or content, or resharing your posts, we process your information only after you have given us consent. You are always free to withdraw consent at any time.

We use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, to help draft profile text and organize the information you submit. A member of our team reviews everything before it is published, and you can ask us to change or remove anything on your profile at any time.

We never sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use the personal information of users under 18 for targeted advertising. We do not share your information with advertisers or use it for purposes unrelated to the services described in this policy.

Public Profiles and Featured Content

A Showcase player profile is a public page at its own link. It shows the information you chose to include, such as your name, age, school, location, ratings and results, playing style, photos, video, social handles, and the details you shared about yourself. Profiles, results, and stories may also appear on our social channels and in our newsletter. Contact information, parent or guardian details, payment information, and anything you mark as private are never shown on a profile. You can ask us to edit, unpublish, or delete your profile at any time by emailing info@showcasetennis.com.

If you join the Showcase Ambassador program, you agree that we may reshare your tagged posts on our channels and use them in our advertising with credit to you, as described in your ambassador agreement. Your content remains yours.

WILL SHOWCASE TENNIS SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Service Providers: We work with companies that help us operate our Services, each under its own privacy policy. These include Stripe for payments, subscriptions, and receipts; Webflow for hosting our website and forms; Google for forms, sheets, analytics, and file storage; Beehiiv for newsletter distribution; Zapier for moving form submissions into our systems; DocuSign for electronic signatures; Fyxer for scheduling calls and meeting notes; Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle for paying ambassadors; and Netlify for hosting Showcase Play games.

Social Platforms: When we feature you, post about you, or accept a collaboration post, that content is shared with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn under their terms and privacy policies.

Recruiting and NIL Introductions: For eligible players, we may share profile information with college programs or brand partners as part of our recruiting introduction and NIL facilitation services. We do this only with the player's knowledge and, for players under 18, with parental or guardian consent. For players under 13, we obtain separate verifiable parental consent before any such disclosure, as described in the Children's Privacy section below.

Business Transfers: If Showcase Sports Media LLC is acquired, merges with another company, or goes through a change of control, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Legal Compliance: We reserve the right to disclose personal information when necessary to comply with applicable law, court order, or legal process, including tax reporting for payments we make, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Showcase Tennis, our team, our users, or others.

With Your Consent: We may share your information in other ways if we notify you and you agree.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Showcase Tennis does not use or disclose sensitive personal information except to perform the services for which the information was collected.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY AND COPPA COMPLIANCE

Showcase Tennis serves junior tennis players, many of whom are under the age of 18. We take the privacy of minors seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), including the amended COPPA Rule that took effect in 2026.

For players under the age of 13, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information. We obtain separate verifiable parental consent before disclosing a child's personal information to third parties, such as college programs or brand partners in connection with our recruiting introduction and NIL facilitation services, and a parent may consent to our collection and use of their child's information without consenting to disclosure to third parties. We do not condition a child's participation in our Services on providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.

Parents and guardians of players under 13 have the right to review the personal information we have collected about their child, request that it be deleted, and refuse to permit further collection or use of their child's information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@showcasetennis.com. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has submitted information to us without your consent, contact us immediately and we will promptly review and delete that information.

We retain the personal information of children under 13 only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and never indefinitely. When it is no longer needed, we delete it securely.

For players under 18, we require parent or guardian permission on our forms and parent or guardian involvement in any paid membership, service, NIL facilitation agreement, or ambassador agreement. A parent or guardian signs the ambassador agreement with the player. We do not knowingly facilitate NIL agreements or paid promotion for players without parental or guardian sign-off. We do not sell the personal information of any minor or use it for targeted advertising.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your information is hosted and processed in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that data protection laws in the U.S. may differ from those in your country. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored in the U.S.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your profile, membership, or agreement is active or as long as necessary to provide our Services, subject to any legal retention obligations, including records of payments we make or receive. Personal information of children under 13 is subject to the shorter retention practices described in the Children's Privacy section above.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You may contact us at info@showcasetennis.com to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to unpublish your profile. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Members can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipts, or by emailing us.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Showcase Tennis does not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under applicable California law. If you have questions about this, contact us at info@showcasetennis.com.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know: You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collection, and the third parties with whom we share it.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
